Welcome to IXARA. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to IXARA.
By visiting our website or purchasing from IXARA, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.
1. Online Store Terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase from this website.
You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display our products, colors, photographs, descriptions, and packaging as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearances may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, product availability, and the handmade or individually prepared nature of certain items.
Minor variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.
3. Press-On Nail Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing information and selecting the appropriate size before purchasing.
IXARA is not responsible for nails that do not fit due to an incorrect size selection, inaccurate measurements, or differences in individual nail shape.
4. Hand-Chain Fit and Care
Hand chains may fit differently depending on individual hand and wrist measurements. Customers are responsible for reviewing all available measurements before purchasing.
To help preserve the appearance of jewelry, avoid prolonged exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, chemicals, sweat, and cleaning products.
Natural wear, fading, tarnishing, or damage caused by improper handling is not considered a manufacturing defect.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Inventory errors
- Orders placed for resale without authorization
- Violation of these Terms of Service
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, product availability, promotions, and product descriptions may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be displayed during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.
7. Shipping
Processing and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
IXARA is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, incorrectly entered addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because the address entered during checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
Federal rules generally require online sellers to ship within the time promised, or within 30 days when no timeframe is provided. If a significant delay occurs, the customer may need to be offered the choice of accepting the delay or canceling for a refund.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of IXARA products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, personal preference, application issues, normal wear, or products that have been opened, worn, applied, altered, or removed from their original packaging.
Orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

9. Application and Product Use
Customers are responsible for following the provided application, removal, care, and safety instructions.
IXARA is not responsible for damage caused by improper application or removal, excessive glue use, failure to follow instructions, misuse, or use of products for purposes other than intended.
Discontinue use if irritation, discomfort, or an adverse reaction occurs.
10. Intellectual Property
All IXARA names, logos, photographs, product designs, written content, packaging concepts, graphics, and website materials belong to IXARA or are used with permission.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission.
11. Reviews and Customer Content
By submitting a review, photograph, video, testimonial, or social-media tag to IXARA, you confirm that you have the right to share the content.
IXARA will request permission before using identifiable customer photographs or videos for promotional purposes unless the content was submitted specifically for that use.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent or penalize a customer for providing an honest review. Federal law prohibits standardized contract provisions that restrict or punish honest consumer reviews.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and social-media platforms.
IXARA is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, or actions of third-party services. Use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
13. Errors and Inaccuracies
Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IXARA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
